How early do San Antonio projects show up? Commercial project applications appear when they're submitted to Development Services, before review and before a building permit is issued. That's usually weeks ahead of issued-permit feeds.
Which parts of the metro do you cover? The City of San Antonio's permitting jurisdiction. Bexar County unincorporated areas and suburbs such as New Braunfels, Schertz and Boerne aren't in the standard feed yet; a Custom Watch can add them.
Is a filing a guaranteed job? No. A filing means a project is moving through the city, not that it's funded, awarded or open for bids. Check with the project team.
